I worked in the hospital for many years. I loved it, but I always wanted to do more for my patients than the hospital had time for. Oklahoma ranks 45th in the country for health. I want to move that number, one infusion at a time.
Then I found infusions, and how much more they can do than fix a hangover. Honestly, I hate the word wellness. What I mean is preventative health: the things you do to stay well so you need the hospital less.
And what I love most is teaching. The things they barely touch in nursing school. Not just sick care, the side that makes the biggest difference in how you feel, day in and day out.
